What’s In and Out for Real Estate in 2023

As 2023 is underway, it’s interesting to see new trends emerge. While industry analysts expect the market to start normalizing this year (adjusting from the pandemic frenzy), I hope these trends translate to a less anxiety-riddled process for buyers and more normal expectations for sellers. Plus, though I’m boring when it comes to decorating (give me allll the bright white and neutrals), it’s nice to see some bolder, darker colors and design choices popping up.
